Sunshine, Sandwiches, and Sticky Notes: Our Team Day

Last week, many of our Panaro Group team members swapped their desks for some fresh air at a local park. We started the morning with a focused work session in the office, then hit the road for a much-needed afternoon of fun together. 

The photos speak for themselves - it was a blast! There was plenty of laughter, good food (Jersey Mike’s, anyone?), and easy conversations that don’t always happen when we’re jumping from call to call.

Getting together like this matters. Remote work gives us flexibility and independence, but it can't really compare to the joy that can arise from being in the same place at the same time. Sitting across from each other, sharing lunch, and playing a few silly games gave us the chance to connect in a different way.

These days remind us that we’re not just virtual colleagues, we’re part of a team that enjoys spending time together. That energy carries back into the work we do and the way we support each other.

We left the day feeling recharged and reminded of how lucky we are to have such a genuine group of people around us. If you needed a sign to plan a fun team day, this is it!
