Spring is finally here! We tend to think of work as something that happens inside, in places like offices, home desks, and meeting rooms. However, research shows that a short break outside can improve focus, reduce stress, and spark creativity. A quick walk or a few deep breaths in the fresh air can reset your mind, helping you return to work with renewed energy.
