Wellness Wednesday Spotlight: Virtual Paint Party

At Panaro Group, wellness is something we put into practice as a team. As part of our new Wellness Wednesday series, we gathered for a virtual Paint Party focused on creativity, connection, and conversation.

Each team member received a paint kit in advance, which made it simple to join in from anywhere. No experience was needed, just a brush, some water, and an openness to try something new. Over the course of an hour, we painted, shared stories, and enjoyed a break together.

Conversation prompts encouraged us to reflect on wellness practices and celebrate recent wins. From daily routines that support our health to small victories worth acknowledging, the discussion gave everyone a chance to connect in a meaningful way.

The mid-week event left us with colorful artwork and a reminder of the value of slowing down. It also highlighted how meaningful it is to spend time together outside of daily tasks. Events like this strengthen our sense of community, build stronger teams, and remind us that wellness is something we can support in one another. Here’s to the next one!
